I am a seasoned professional with over ten years of real-time experience in IT. With a B.Tech degree and a ServiceNow certification, I have always had a passion for sharing knowledge and helping others succeed. My career began in the renowned company, INC, where I gained valuable experience and honed my skills. From there, I worked with prestigious organisations like Wipro and Cognizant. With ServiceNow, I have been actively involved in various areas such as IT Service Management (ITSM), Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC), and integration projects. I have successfully delivered projects for top-tier clients throughout my journey, showcasing my expertise and commitment to excellence.
Alongside my professional pursuits, I have also embarked on a teaching career. Initially, I started as a corporate trainer, imparting knowledge and skills to organisational employees. Witnessing the impact of my teachings and their satisfaction, I decided to extend my reach and started teaching individuals as well. Over the years, I have obtained numerous certifications and completed several projects, further enhancing my credibility and expertise.
As a teacher, my primary focus lies in training students for ServiceNow. I offer both online and offline classes, providing flexibility to learners. The course spans over 60 hours and includes practical sessions, allowing students to gain hands-on experience. At the end of the training, a comprehensive completion certification is awarded to acknowledge the students' achievements., I ensure an interactive and engaging learning environment where students can ask questions and receive immediate feedback.
Additionally, I provide supplementary documents and questionnaires to support their learning journey, enabling them to grasp the concepts effectively. I am passionate about empowering individuals with the knowledge and skills they need to excel in the IT industry.
