I am a Technology Transformation and Program Management professional with 16+ years of experience across Microsoft 365, enterprise migrations, service transition, governance, and IT operations.

My key expertise includes SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, Jira, Confluence, and Adobe Workfront.

Currently, at Syntiant Corporation, I lead SharePoint transformation and migration initiatives. Alongside my Microsoft 365 responsibilities, I manage cross-functional teams across development, administration, and support, including OBIEE, Informatica/ETL, and BDS teams, as part of the Hive-to-Trino modernization initiative.

My cross-functional responsibilities include stakeholder coordination, SLA and operational governance, incident and escalation management, change management, UAT and go-live readiness, team performance, and resolving technical and operational gaps.

Previously, I worked with Knowles, Infosys, TCS, Cognizant, ACS, and HCL, gaining experience in Microsoft 365 implementation, migrations, administration, service transition, technical support, and operations.
