English is my go-to language, has been always. Voracious reading plus an inquisitive mind helped me unlock my language skills. I have worked as a teacher (English teacher handling high school classes), in the medical transcription industry (as proofer and later as QC), as a translator (from English to Urdu) - all professions requiring above average English language skills. It took me some time to find my feet, but now firmly believe that teaching (and writing) is what I should do. So to enter the English language teaching industry, I went to the British Council and did the IELTS Masterclass. I am currently working as an English Language trainer - coaching people for Cambridge English exams (mainly the C1 Advanced and the FCE). I was also required by my workplace to write the C1 Advanced myself. I got the C2 certificate - the highest possible English language proficiency qualification. I have already applied and have been selected for the Cambridge Celta and the Trinity certTESOL in London. Will decide which one to do and go for it by March 2020. I am short on time and will coach only for IELTS writing. IELTS has 5 kinds of writing. I will coach you online for all types of essays. Then you may send me up to 5 samples of each essay type (making a total of 25) and I will critique them in detail and tell you where you messed up and how to avoid it.
