I have one year of teaching experience in the nursing field, where I was actively involved in educating and guiding nursing students in both theoretical and practical aspects of patient care. During my teaching tenure, I conducted classroom sessions on subjects related to medical-surgical nursing, anatomy, physiology, community health nursing, and fundamentals of nursing. I was responsible for preparing lesson plans, delivering lectures, conducting demonstrations, and evaluating students through assignments, seminars, and practical assessments. I also guided students during clinical postings, helping them develop professional skills, patient communication, and ethical nursing practices. In addition to academics, I motivated students to improve their confidence, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making abilities. I maintained a supportive learning environment and worked closely with faculty members to ensure quality nursing education.
