"I am working as an IT professional at Hyderabad joined Nirvaana for self practice and then after two months joined for 200RYT of YAI and was happy to complete the course in flying colours. I mastered the Yoga practice so that i can teach in my corporate office and still i am in touch with Nirvaana for guidance and i am provided with the same always. RYT 500 by Nirvaana YAI and VYASA

"I completed 500 RYT (Registered YOGA training course) from this centre which is internationally recognized. I am full time working woman so first challenge was to find time for Yoga. I wish to start training others very soon abroad (USA) and for that I needed someone who will be always there to support me when I need guidance. And Dr. Vinay is the best Yoga trainer I have ever met. Dr. Vinay is well known for his expertise and being a doctor himself, he knows very well about all the internal organs and body systems for YOGA training. He is regularly invited by national and international YOGA forums to take sessions which are self-explanatory about his glory in the field. Training: Dr. Vinay and his team are masters of YOGA. They take care of each and every individual personally. YOGA is all about following exact posture to get the best benefit. I found the team very particular about that aspect. So I learned the best way of training. Overall, Dr. Vinay and team nurtured me from learner/seeker to a confident trainer at the end of training course. Flexibility In Timings: There are both morning and evening sessions and we are free to choose and come during anytime at our ease. There are no holidays which means we can come even on weekends to complete the course. At the end, I don't have any reservation to highly recommend anyone to seek Nirvaana Yoga services. Thank you. Teacher Training

"Teachers Training Course: completed my advance therapy course 500 RYT at Nirvaana. After pongal will be setting up my studio in alwal. Guidance and blessings of Guruji will always be there I know but one thing I would like to tell about team Nirvaana that in three months though I learnt a lot but never felt that I am a student.
