He is a Trainer and Senior Consultant in M/S Proventures working for the last 7 years. He holds his B.Tech degree in Computer Science engineering from University of Pondicherry with a Master's degree in Business Administration. He is a Certified Professional in Project Management (PMP) from PMI, USA. Prashanth delivered Oracle Primavera P6 and Primavera Portfolio Management for Oracle University and other clients.
He worked on Primavera Unifier: uDesigner Fundamentals features and the integration possibilities with Primavera P6 and Primavera Portfolio Management based on a Oracle University client request. He holds 9+ years of overall experience out which he was with Proventures for the past 7+ years focusing Project management consulting, support, training and hand holding. He is an approved faculty to Oracle University and handled programs in the past on Primavera P6 and Oracle Portfolio and Project Management. He supports major Project Management trainings and consulting assignments for Proventures for various Multinational clients on different verticals ranging from Microsoft Global delivery ( IT ), Hospira India, Vishakhapatnam (Pharmaceuticals), Tata Lockheed Martin (Engineering/ Manufacturing) Oil India and ONGC (Oil and Gas) PwC India ( Consulting ) Wipro technologies ( IT ) As a Project management consultant he supported Hospira Inc., a multinational pharma giant where his responsibility includes streamlining the operations of PMO by developing reporting templates and automation. He also performed process gap analysis and established PM processes along with the definition of roles and responsibilities of the Project Management Office training modules and solutions.
