I am an HR professional with nearly 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll support, and employee lifecycle management, currently working as an Executive HR Business Partner with a multinational organization. I have hands‑on experience working with graduates, freshers, and early‑career professionals, helping them build strong workplace communication, confidence, and professional skills.

Through my corporate role, I have coached employees and managers on effective communication, behavioural skills, career readiness, workplace etiquette, performance management, and professional development. I have also designed and facilitated soft skills and behavioural training sessions, making complex corporate expectations easy to understand and apply.
