They are giants. It is wrong to compare these softwares without a contextual background.

How much time will it take for an Engineer to learn Tally?

Hi, this is Raghavan from F.A, the FINANCE ACADEMY, Hosur. What counts really is how much this engineer would take to understand accounts. If he takes little time (say, a month), then tally could be learnt in 10 days time. I bet.
