As you know, Pole Dancing is a complete body fitness. Pole dancers do acrobatic moves while suspending or propelling their weight around a metal pole. When Climbing a pole is a tremendous feat of strength in and of itself. I'm likely to experience muscle soreness they were actually unaware of. Even the most athletes have told us that their first pole class left them hurting. Well, here's an incident that had happened a long back, that is when a pole broke during a man's first effort at pole dancing, he was flung across the room and landed in a heap on the floor. And, because of this reason, I certainly quit pole dancing. read less
