An adaptable Chemistry and biology teacher!

The reason for why ballet dancers wear tights is for flexibility of movement. Ballet dancers have to kick and move their legs a lot during the dance and therefore their clothing needs to give them the freedome to do so.

Tights provide light compression of the muscles in the leg and foot which improves circulation and helps dancers to “feel” their legs and engage the correct muscles.

How to hire a good teacher for my kid? what qualifications should he have

The first thing is a way of teaching. Then what they are teaching. Experience is also essential. But in my opinion, to judge a good chess coach by rating is not suitable if the student is less than an 1800 FIDE rating.
