the name came out is Pandit gangadhar omkarnath shastri but as we cant say who is founder of science scintifically,in the same way there is no specific founder of hindi.

There is no "founder" of hindi language.Hindi is a direct descendant of early form vedic sanskrit,through sauraseni prakrit and hindi emerged in the 7th century.
