Teaching hindi for last 20 years.

It is not supposed to use another language quotes in English language essay writing because ultimately it is a test to judge your English writing skill.

It is not advisable to write in any other language (hindi) in essays of English. You can explain the hindi quote in English if you want to add more words to your essay.
