Poonam Kochhar has had a distinguished career spanning over 25 years in the Aviation and Travel industry heading senior positions and cost centres with the likes of Indigo, Virgin Atlantic Airways , Delta , Turkish Airlines and many more .

She is also the current Executive Director with British Business Group Pune, a Non Profit business networking forum which also works closely with the UK Trade and Investment offices .
She is skilled to host events and conduct panel discussions.

She spearheads , the CSR activities of a family owned Renewable Energy Business .

Poonam is also very passionate about trainings and teaching and has spent a vast part of the last 05 years skilling daily wage workers and conducting corporate trainings with MNC’s. She has completed her Train the Trainers course successfully with Rutgers University USA , and has also been trained by Boston Consultancy Group in leadership , Change Management and many other programs .
She has also been trained by Track and Franklin Covey . An expert in Sales and business Development she is happy to mentor companies and individuals on way forward . Currently she is training institutes and foundations in various soft skills .


She is keen to explore and work with additional platforms so as to associate with causes closest to her heart.

She believes that there is no greater joy nor greater reward than to make a fundamental difference in someone’s life .
