I've always been a passionate guy about health and general fitness , i absolutely love to workout and eat clean . I'm always excited to learn about human body , it's functionality and nutrition and i want to share this knowledge with others in keeping them fit and live happily. My ultimate goal and growth lies in keeping my students fit and healthy mentally and as well as physically . I earlier gave personal trainings offline and I've achieved 4+ years of training and keeping individuals wholesome in fitness .
