Shivam Nigam

I have approximately 3–4 years of professional work experience across the IT and government sectors. I have 1.5 years of experience as a Network Engineer, where I gained practical knowledge of networking, system administration, troubleshooting, and technical support. I also worked for one year as a System Associate at Infosys, gaining experience in IT operations, process management, and enterprise-level work environments. Currently, I have been working as a Data Entry Operator with the Ministry of Cooperation for the past one year, where I am responsible for data management, documentation, computer-based operations, and maintaining accuracy in official records. This diverse professional experience has strengthened my technical knowledge, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and understanding of practical computer applications, which I believe will be valuable in a teaching role.
