Hence i highly believe in teaching based on individual's needs and understanding. Applying this technique I have observed a gradual shift in my students. Making learning more practical is a must. Most of the time student not being able to understand something is not because the student is not capable but because of the basic concepts that were left unclear in previous sessions for the student, filling those gaps can highly change the academic performance of the student. This is what my teaching pattern is, first to know the basic understanding of student, then building a strong foundation and growing at the same time.
