I work for a big company and have 2.9 years of experience (Linux, Sybase, Java) but I'm not interested in my current job which has most of the domain expertise. I want to learn something new and pursue my career abroad. I find BigData-Hadoop is emerging. Will it be advisable to learn that now and switch?

It will very easy for you to learn Big data technologies as you have hands on in Java ,Linux & RDBMS. Big data Hadoop has lot of opportunities for next 10 years.

Big Data is cake for data processing whereas Angular is for UI framework. I would recommend you to consider learning Big Data technologies.
