How do I get a Hadoop developer or administrator job? I have a Cloudera certification (CCAH) but am unable to get interviews. I don't have experience.

At current market more demand for Spark,Cassandra and Kafka admin along with Hadoop Admin . Elastic search ,Kibana Search . you need to mention in the resume as an experience on the project then you may get many calls .

If you think you are strong in finance and costing, I would suggest you a SAP FICO course which is definitely always in demand. if you have an experience as a end user on SAP PLM / Documentation etc, even a course on SAP PLM DMS should be good.
