I am post graduated with the specialization BUILDING TECHNOLOGY(Structures) in civil engineering branch from IIT ROORKEE, India. Building Technology is only one of the specialization running in IIT roorkee in India. It includes design of multi-storey buildings (steel structures and RCC structures both) by means of simple conventional design procedures manually as well as by the use of different design softwares like STAAD PRO.This branch is equivalent to structures, it also covers earthquake resistant structures, finite element methods, concrete technology, RCC, Steel structures, construction planning and management etc.
