With a strong foundation in business development and practical application of data-driven decision-making, I bring both academic understanding and real-world experience to my role as a Microsoft Excel tutor.

Professionally, I have worked as a Business Development Manager in the insurance sector, where Excel has been an integral part of my daily work. I have used Excel extensively for data analysis, reporting, financial modeling, lead tracking, client databases, and performance dashboards. This hands-on exposure has given me a deep understanding of Excel’s core and advanced functionalities, including:

PivotTables and PivotCharts

VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH

Logical & nested functions (IF, AND, OR, etc.)

Data validation and conditional formatting

Dashboard creation and automation using macros and basic VBA

Data cleaning and analysis using Power Query

Beyond my personal use, I have also helped train team members and colleagues by creating easy-to-follow guides and conducting internal Excel workshops. My teaching approach is practical, structured, and patient, catering to both beginners and intermediate learners.
