It's Pretty simple Sir !! when a child learns to speak a language - he learns by listening and repeating the behaviour without ever paying any heed to grammar! That's why learning grammar is a subjective matter and will help you to score well. But if you want to speak! The Golden Rule is LISTEN AND REPEAT!
Find your interest and start watching youtube videos in English of the same topic. For eg., I like thriller stories, so I watch and read thriller movie reviews.

To be honest ! you cannot! There are numerous subjects. You have to be specific. You can do that in 5 minimum or max 10-20 topics.
1) get to the basics - be brilliant with the basics.
2) expand your knowledge - learn to read .. a lot!
3) Find your goal. Search related people in that subject and set a target.
4) get to work.
5) start with short objectives, reward yourself
6) be motivated and do not give up

C for Capillary = C for cellular level = therefore Capillaries carry blood away from the body
and exchange nutrients, waste, and oxygen with tissues at the cellular level.
A for Artery = A for aorta. = Arteries carry blood away from the heart; the main artery is the aorta
