I've spent the last 5 years helping people discover who they really are beneath the self-doubt and hesitation.

I have an MA in Psychology from SNDT University, from Mumbai, but honestly, the degree matters less than the hundreds of conversations I've had with students staring down job interviews, young professionals who feel invisible in meetings, and leaders who've forgotten how to trust their own voice.

Here's what actually happens when we work together: You stop performing. You start showing up as yourself—clearly, confidently, unapologetically. We work on the specific moments where you freeze up or hold back. The presentation that terrifies you. The conversation you keep avoiding. The version of yourself you're not sure you're allowed to be yet.

I don't do generic advice. Your confidence issues aren't the same as anyone else's, so why would the solution be? We figure out your patterns—where you dim your own light, what stories you tell yourself that aren't true, what strengths you've been sitting on without realizing.

People leave our sessions knowing exactly what to do differently tomorrow. Not someday. Tomorrow.
