As an experienced teacher, my goal is to create a classroom environment where every student can thrive, not just academically, but as a person. I believe that building strong character and positive values is just as important as learning math or history. I'm passionate about helping students become kind, resilient, and thoughtful individuals.

Positive Classroom Management: I use a positive and proactive approach to guide behavior, focusing on mutual respect, clear expectations, and building a strong sense of community.

Assessment for Learning: My assessments go beyond grades; I use them to understand what each student knows and how I can best support their progress, ensuring everyone feels challenged and successful.

Digital Literacy Integration: I incorporate technology thoughtfully to enhance learning, preparing students with the essential digital skills they'll need for the future.

Effective Communication: I'm committed to open and frequent communication with both parents and students, so we can work together as a team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
