I am a freelance Trainer and a Consultant to various Governmental Organizations, PSU’s, Corporates and educational institutions and universities. I have been training in the fields of Motivation, Soft Skills, Life Skills, Career Counseling, Social Behavioural Change Communication and Neuro Linguistic Programming for more than 10 years. Having worked with organizations like Interglobe Technologies, IBM, Honeywell and Jet Airways, and gradually extending my consultancy/Services to Institutes like Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship and National Institute of Rural Development and also a resource person for Department of Innovation and Future Studies (Assam Administrative Staff College).
All these years I have addressed Students, Teachers , Corporates and Government officials in enhancing personal effectiveness and I believe in training with fun. I have been working on new avenues so far education and employability of the students of the region is concerned and have helped more than 10000 plus individuals in enhancing their efficacy in their respective fields and Interventions.
