"It is said that, learning a second language is much easier for a 3 year old than a 30 year old. Working with Manisha Sensei to learn Japanese, however doesn't feel difficult even a bit. Let me elaborate. Japanese language by nature is truly steeped in Japanese culture and way of Japanese people. Japanese has lot of concepts, and new ways of using the same concepts as your experience with the language improves. Manisha Sensei, has been teaching me for over four months, and her methods make this interesting language more accessible and helps to retain the concepts in memory better and faster. Her understanding of the pictograph Kanji is truly remarkable, and her memory of what the many numerous Kanji means, is still mind boggling. The knowledge of Kanji in a teacher is paramount, since their usage is very frequent in Japanese books or documents. Being a working professional myself, who values time the most, Sensei is very efficient in managing the class timings and keeping me informed all the time.
