It is good that you can speak English. I would suggest you the following methods for improving your English grammar:
1. Please give 4 hours a week in studying Wren & Martin High School English Grammer book. Trust me; this is the best book available so far.
2. Start reading comprehension passages; you may choose the source as per your choice. It will help in developing a sound base of the English language.
3. Last but not least - In today's world, when slangs and Hinglish are indulged in novels, magazines and other available reading material, please be specific and selective in choosing English reading material. Try editorial sections of English newspaper.
