3. ​Foundation: My expertise is built on a 13-year athletic journey, beginning with a 9-year foundation in Roller Speed Skating (starting at age 3) before transitioning into Short Track Ice Skating.

4. Technique & Form: I possess a deep technical understanding of skating, specifically focusing on stride efficiency, turns, and balance. I am skilled at identifying and correcting posture to help students improve their speed and safety on the rink.

5. Mentorship: Beyond technical skills, I bring a highly disciplined approach to coaching. As a BBA graduate from Bennett University and a former Class Representative, I excel at time management, group leadership, and explaining complex athletic movements in simple, clear terms for my students.
