I am an experienced and dedicated primary school teacher with around 20 years of teaching experience. I provide tuition to students from Classes I to V across their school subjects, helping them develop a strong academic foundation and a positive attitude towards learning. I believe that the primary years are crucial for a child's educational development, as they shape the way students understand concepts, approach challenges, and build confidence in their abilities. My aim is to make learning simple, meaningful, and enjoyable while helping every student progress academically.

I hold a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), a Master of Science (M.Sc.), and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.). My academic qualifications have provided me with a strong educational foundation, while my B.Ed. has equipped me with formal training in teaching methodologies, lesson planning, and classroom management. These qualifications, combined with my extensive teaching experience, have helped me develop an effective approach to working with young learners. I continuously focus on making my lessons suitable for the age, academic level, and individual requirements of each student.

I have over 17 years of dedicated experience as a permanent Primary Teacher in Kendriya Vidyalaya schools. During this time, I have worked with children from different backgrounds and learning levels, helping them strengthen their fundamentals and develop essential academic skills. My experience has taught me the importance of patience, consistency, and individual attention in primary education. I understand that every child learns differently, and I use this understanding to identify their strengths, address their difficulties, and support their overall academic development.

My teaching methodology is structured, interactive, and student-friendly. Before beginning a lesson, I assess the student's current understanding and identify the topics that require additional attention. I then prepare a lesson plan that follows the student's syllabus and learning needs. I explain concepts step by step using simple language, relevant examples, and activities that make learning easier to understand. I also encourage students to ask questions, participate in discussions, and share their thoughts freely. My goal is to ensure that students understand the concepts thoroughly instead of relying only on memorisation.

I conduct my classes online and use PowerPoint presentations and a digital whiteboard to make lessons more engaging and organised. PowerPoint presentations help me explain topics visually and highlight important information, while the whiteboard allows me to demonstrate calculations, clarify concepts, and work through examples step by step. I combine these teaching tools with discussions, questions, and guided practice to keep students actively involved in the lesson. I believe that visual explanations and interactive teaching can help young learners understand and remember concepts more effectively.

I place strong emphasis on regular practice, revision, and continuous assessment of a student's progress. After explaining a topic, I encourage students to solve questions and apply what they have learned independently. This helps me understand whether they have grasped the concept or need further guidance. I also support students in completing their academic work, improving their study habits, and developing greater concentration and independence. By providing consistent feedback and revisiting difficult topics when necessary, I aim to help students overcome their academic challenges and improve their performance gradually.

As a primary teacher, I believe that a supportive and encouraging learning environment is essential for a child's success. I strive to be approachable, patient, and attentive to every student's needs so that they feel comfortable asking questions and expressing their difficulties. My extensive experience in Kendriya Vidyalaya schools has strengthened my commitment to helping children build strong fundamentals and develop confidence in their abilities.
