I am an Associate Member of The Institute of Companies Secretaries of India and a commerce graduate having good experience in secretarial and legal matters. I am a Speaker and Visiting Faculty Member at The Institute of Companies Secretaries of India and Former Committee member of Young Member Empowerment & Placement Committee NIRC-ICSI(2019-20). I possesses professional experience of more than 3 years in teaching includes online and physical classes. Further, he has practical experience in handling Secretarial and Legal Compliance management. I comes in with an ability to transform the Corporate Secretarial function into a value creation group by working in collaboration with strategic stakeholders &cross function partners to generate business results. I am proficient and meticulous in carrying out legal & secretarial documentation with great control, which is of prime essence to function. I possesses skills for leading people towards the accomplishment of common goals coupled with a strong dedication to act as a troubleshooter in the crisis situation.
