I am a personality development trainer with 10 years of experience in teaching and training individuals on personal growth, emotional development, communication, and confidence building. Through my classes on UrbanPro, I work with students and learners who want to understand themselves better, develop a positive outlook, and become more confident in different areas of their personal and professional lives. My approach focuses on helping learners recognise their strengths and work on areas that can contribute to their overall growth.

I have completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources (HR), which has given me a strong academic foundation in understanding people, behaviour, communication, and interpersonal development. My background in HR has also helped me develop a better understanding of the challenges individuals may face while interacting with others, managing emotions, building relationships, and presenting themselves with confidence.

Over the years, I have gained extensive experience conducting online classes focused on personality development and emotional growth. I believe that personality development is not about changing who you are, but about understanding yourself better and developing the skills and mindset required to become a more confident version of yourself. My sessions are designed to help learners identify their strengths, understand their challenges, and explore practical ways to handle different situations in life.

A major part of my training focuses on building self-confidence and developing a positive mindset. I help learners work on their communication skills, emotional well-being, self-awareness, and overall personality. I also encourage them to look at personal and emotional challenges from a practical perspective so that they can gradually develop healthier ways of dealing with situations and become more comfortable with themselves.

I follow a structured lesson plan for my classes while also keeping the sessions interactive and flexible according to the needs of the learner. I believe that every individual has different experiences, concerns, and learning requirements, so I make an effort to understand these before deciding how to approach a particular topic.
