I am Shivani Mohanty, an educator with a strong academic and professional background, dedicated to helping young learners build a solid foundation in their studies. I teach students from Class 1 to Class 5 across all subjects except Hindi and also have experience teaching Computer Science. My goal is to make learning enjoyable, meaningful, and effective so that students develop confidence and curiosity from an early age.

I hold a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree, which has helped me develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills. My academic background allows me to explain concepts in a structured and logical manner, making it easier for students to understand and retain what they learn. I believe that a strong educational foundation at the primary level plays a crucial role in a child’s long-term academic success.

Before entering the teaching profession, I worked as a Data Engineer at Larsen & Toubro for 2.5 years. My corporate experience exposed me to practical applications of technology, data analysis, and problem-solving, which has influenced my teaching style. It has helped me develop a disciplined and organized approach to learning, which I now bring into my classroom sessions.

In addition to my professional experience, I dedicated four years to preparing for the UPSC examination. This journey significantly enhanced my understanding of various subjects and strengthened my conceptual clarity. It also improved my ability to simplify complex topics and explain them in a way that students can easily understand. The extensive learning and discipline gained during this period continue to benefit me as an educator.

I have experience teaching students from Class 1 to Class 5 across multiple subjects and have also taught Computer Science at Ajanta Public School. Working with young learners has taught me the importance of patience, encouragement, and personalized attention. I strive to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, expressing their ideas, and actively participating in the learning process.

I conduct both online and offline classes, ensuring flexibility and convenience for students and parents. My teaching methodology is based on structured lesson planning, interactive learning, and gradual progression of concepts. I use PowerPoint presentations and whiteboard explanations to make lessons engaging and visually appealing. I also encourage discussions and practical learning so that students can connect classroom concepts with real-life situations.

As a teacher, my objective is not only to help students perform well academically but also to nurture their confidence, critical thinking abilities, and love for learning. I believe that every child has unique potential, and with the right guidance and support, they can achieve great success. Through dedicated mentoring, interactive teaching, and a student-centric approach, I aim to make learning an enriching and rewarding experience for every student.
