Science & Cooking

The Science and Cooking is a program which aims to teach kids the basic principles of science and cooking using each other. It explores the science concepts of heat, matter, living things, molecular structures, digestion, chemical reactions, along with the social science concepts of culture, diversity, health, historical events, geographical conditions. Kids also learn the various cooking techniques of boiling, roasting, baking, frying, along with creating well balanced meals, and fixing common cooking errors.

Instead of sitting back and passively watching, kids have their own workstations, equipment, and resources so that they can DO and learn.

Food and Science Experts

During the course of the program, visits from various food and science experts gives your child opportunities to learn from the best.
Research Project
Towards the end of the program, your child will undertake a research project which will result in them creating their own original recipes, and presenting it for friends and family.
