"The class started of well and way of teaching is good but too much follow up for material and class timing is always needed. I have been asking for Videos and certificates from a long time now. The scheduling of class is also very difficult as it always gets re scheduled. the response time to messages is very low. I discontinued the classes for the above reasons. The purpose of learning excel was incomplete as the course did not get completed. Would rate 2 for the way of teaching rest no material, continuous follow ups is very disappointing. "

Thank you so much for your valuable feedback. Due to lockdown, it's really cumbersome to get the certificate printed, but I have sent your certificate. Your videos were sent but unfortunately, it couldn't get delivered to you. Two pending videos are there to be sent to you. As far as the reverting part is concerned, extremely sorry to say, I do have other classes too & often it gets very tough, or rather I must say it becomes next to impossible to revert then & there itself. That's why you found that response time to messages is slow. Soon, you would receive your certificate along with your pending videos. Once again thanks, ma'am.

Hi, Snigdha,
If you want classes online for that, you should have Laptop or Desktop, and internet should be connected+ Headphone requirements to do courses online. You can also do courses on your mobile phone, but Mobile should be Android. There are some applications with the help of that app you do classes like Skype, Google Hangouts, TeamViewer, Any desk, Goto Meeting, Zoom etc.
