During the initial phase of my career journey, following the completion of my graduation (B.com) and master's (full-time M.B.A., Finance & HR), I delved into the realm of education by providing private tuition to students of Class 11th and 12th enrolled in the CBSE/ICSE boards. Over three enriching years, I had the privilege of imparting knowledge and fostering academic growth in the subjects of Accounts, Economics, and Business Studies.
My teaching approach was grounded in creating a dynamic and engaging learning environment where students could not only grasp the fundamental concepts but also develop a deeper understanding of their application in real-world scenarios. By employing diverse teaching methodologies such as interactive lectures, practical examples, and collaborative learning activities, I aimed to cater to the varied learning styles and aptitudes of each student.
Through dedicated efforts and personalized attention, I witnessed significant academic progress among my students. Many of them not only achieved commendable grades in their respective subjects but also developed a profound interest and confidence in tackling complex topics. Witnessing their growth and success remains one of the most fulfilling experiences of my teaching career.
Drawing from my over a decade-long corporate experience as an Administration Professional in a U.S. Multinational Corporation, I infused practical insights and real-world perspectives into my teaching methodology. This integration allowed me to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and its practical application, empowering students to grasp the relevance of academic concepts in the professional landscape.
My journey as a teacher has been incredibly rewarding. It has given me the opportunity to nurture young minds, instil a passion for learning, and make a meaningful impact on their educational journey. As I continue to embark on new endeavours, I carry with me the invaluable lessons and experiences gained from my teaching tenure, shaping my approach to education and professional growth.
