Open Hand Combat is an organization dedicated to women empowerment and a house of five international martial arts, based in Gurgaon. Founded by Mr. Asif Rahman in the year 2013, Open Hand Combat has been conducting self-defense workshops in various institutions like schools, colleges, companies, etc. for women across India and has taught over 60,000 girls till date. It also has a dedicated “dojo” (training place) in Gurgaon where many students train under certified instructors in five different international traditional martial arts like Kyo Kushin Karate, The Art of Kali, Silat, Bahad Zubu, and Pekiti Tirsia Kali.

Present in the Sports and Fitness centre of Club Florence, Sector 56, Gurgaon, is our state-of-the-art air conditioned dojo, for training in traditional martial arts and conditioning the mind, body and soul, complete with matted floor, music system, sports equipment's like punching bags, gloves, kickboxing pads, dumbbells, speed and agility ladders, anti burst gym balls, skipping ropes, suspension trainers, etc. Currently, Open Hand Combat has 3 programs running in the dojo based on focus groups and encompasses mainly 5 martial arts: Kyo Kushin Karate, The Art of Kali, Silat, Bahad Zubu and Pekiti Tirsia Kali.
