I am an experienced educator with a passion for nurturing young minds and shaping future educators. I teach English, Environmental Studies (EVS), and Social Studies to students from Class 1 to Class 5. My teaching journey over the past two years has been enriched by working with both children and adult learners. My focus is always on making learning interactive, engaging, and rooted in real-life relevance.

I come from a diverse academic background with a degree in History, Economics, and Tourism & Travel Management. My early interest in education led me to pursue a diploma in Teacher Training from MMI, UK, which laid the foundation for my work in Montessori and pre-primary education. I have further upgraded my teaching skills by completing certifications in Teaching and Learning Assessment and Soft Skills, enabling me to support holistic development in my students.

In addition to teaching school-level subjects, I also conduct teacher training programs. I work at the Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute, where I train adult women aspiring to become pre-primary educators. I focus on equipping them with practical tools and classroom techniques that are Montessori-based and child-centric. I also collaborate with CWEECE, contributing to their pre-primary and Montessori teacher training modules.

Previously, I have had the opportunity to work at Clay Preschool and DPS (Delhi Public School) on a contractual basis, where I gained valuable classroom experience. These roles helped me strengthen my understanding of early childhood education and adapt my teaching methods to cater to diverse learner needs.

My classes are well-planned, combining theory with hands-on activities, visual aids, and engaging discussions. Whether I’m teaching young children or adult trainees, I believe in active participation and reflective learning. I use presentations, videos, and images to keep sessions dynamic and student-focused. I also integrate personality development and soft skills training, especially in adult education, to support overall growth.

I have been honored with the Best Teacher Training Award and recognized as the Best Employee at Clay Preschool. Such acknowledgments have further fueled my commitment to delivering meaningful and effective teaching. I strive to create a positive impact in every session, helping learners become confident and capable individuals.
