Mitali P.

I teach students from Class 1 to Class 5 across all subjects, with around 5 years of teaching experience. My primary focus is on helping young learners develop strong academic foundations and a positive attitude towards learning. At the primary level, I believe that understanding concepts clearly and developing good learning habits are just as important as completing the syllabus.

I have completed my Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.), which has given me a strong academic foundation and helped me develop logical and analytical thinking. Along with my educational background, my practical teaching experience has helped me understand how young students learn and how different teaching approaches can support their academic development.

For the past 5 years, I have worked with students from Classes 1 to 5 across different subjects. During this time, I have taught students with different learning levels, abilities, and individual requirements. This experience has helped me become more patient and adaptable as a tutor and has taught me the importance of adjusting my explanations according to the student's level of understanding.

My approach is to make concepts simple, clear, and engaging. Young students often learn better when they are encouraged to participate rather than simply listen to a lesson. I therefore create opportunities for students to ask questions, share their understanding, and actively participate during classes.

I follow a structured lesson plan for every class so that learning remains organised and consistent. I focus on explaining concepts clearly, followed by examples and regular practice. I also encourage students to ask questions whenever they have doubts so that small gaps in understanding do not become larger difficulties later.

I believe that every student has a different learning pace. While some students may understand a topic quickly, others may need additional explanation and practice. I therefore try to provide personalised guidance and adapt my teaching style to the student's specific learning needs.

I offer both online and offline classes and focus on creating an interactive and comfortable learning environment. My goal is to help students strengthen their fundamentals, improve their academic performance, and develop confidence in learning across different subjects.
