Working in corporate for 11 years was not enough to realize my true potential. I realized I had to connect where I could make a real difference with love and passion. With that in mind, I joined Heritage Experiential Learning School and worked under CBSE as well as IB Boards for 7 years. I spent many years trying to understand how to unfold Mathematics pedagogy in classrooms with diverse set of students. I love bringing storytelling and games into mathematics sessions to make them more interesting and engaging. This I have learnt through rigorous training sessions done with Waldorf schools and Jodo Gyan. I have also been part of the assessment team which was created to overlook all assessments in Primary grades.
I have completed my Master’s in Commerce from Delhi University and completed Bachelor of Education from MDU.
I am involved in creating and executing a teacher training curriculum for an NGO to help teachers implement the ideologies of experiential learning in their classrooms.

I joined Shri Educare last year when I started creating lesson plans for mathematics for primary grades. I now take care of six schools where I go to mentor primary mathematics teachers, look into the curriculum and conduct online workshops for teachers
