After leading HR functions across multiple industries, I leapt into entrepreneurship, where I built ventures from the ground up, navigated market challenges, and experienced firsthand what it means to build, fail, pivot, and grow. I am passionate about transferring these lessons to the next generation — helping students think creatively, take calculated risks, and build problem-solving mindsets early in life. I strongly believe that entrepreneurship is not just about starting a business but about developing resilience, adaptability, and innovation. My teaching style is interactive, practical, and grounded in real experiences — from ideation to execution, building teams, managing limited resources, and pitching ideas to potential stakeholders. I hold an MBA in Human Resources and have mentored a first-time founder
