There are many experiences which I had with class 10th students. These experiences not only consists of problems related to studies but also some counseling part. My priority is to first look at the issues that students are facing e.g some students have not clear concept knowledge with previous class topics because of which they have difficulty in studies, some are lacking confidence, some are under stress, etc. So it is not just that giving an hour or two will help them. It's about counseling them, providing the right help, and augment their skills & knowledge.

Regular tuitions are good as there is a fixed schedule & face to face teaching helps understand good & queries are solved in a short period. Whereas online teaching & learning has a negative impact on eyesight which leads to stress. moreover diverts our mind to other social activities on internet like facebook etc.
