Share Subscription/ Partnership/Service/ Stock Purchase Agreement, NDAs, MOUs/ LOIs, among others), General Agreements (viz. Leave and Licence/ Loan Agreement, etc), drafting of various applications/ letters.

Further, I am well versed with the provisions of Companies Acts, 2013 and rules made thereunder; general commercial laws; basics of drafting; among others.
