I had completed my Bachelors of Law from Rajasthan University and is subsequently pursuing the Company Secretaryship from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and two Subjects are left of Professional Programme. I was previously associated with the firms, where my primary responsibilities were to comply with the compliance under the Companies Act, 2013, appear before the concerned statutory authorities on behalf of the clients, preparation of legal writings, papers and documents also involved with the matters of Intellectual Property, Labour Laws, FEMA, Corporate Contracts (viz. Share Subscription/ Partnership/Service/ Stock Purchase Agreement, NDAs, MOUs/ LOIs, among others), General Agreements (viz. Leave and Licence/ Loan Agreement, etc), drafting of various applications/ letters.

Further, I am well versed with the provisions of Companies Acts, 2013 and rules made thereunder; general commercial laws; basics of drafting; among others.
