1. We were forced to switch from VClub to Suncity54, because of the attitude of your coaches at VClub. They were not looking after "my beginner kid". 2. But things are not going well at Suncity54, too. Evening slots are too crowded, 28 to 34 swimmers, handled by 3 to 4 coaches. When we started, a coach used to handle 3 to 4 students, in a single designated area. But things turned worse, when evening slot coaches started handling 7 to 8 students and unwanted guests, in the same designated areas. None of the swimmers were able to complete their laps, since they were hitting each other. 3. Since we did not have a choice, we chose the first slot, 4:45 at Suncity54. Hope you all understand that my daughter gets up at 4 and we travel 12 kms to attend the first slot. After returning back, she attends her school. We supported her. But again your coaches failed us. Since the day, we have started for morning slots, the coach training our daughter has not gone down into the water once. He sits on a chair and directs. Even we had requested him last session, to get down to the water and guide our daughter, since she has a few sessions left and she is not using the proper techniques. But he ignored it today too. 4. The pool water is not clean. Last Tuesday, the pool water was so dirty that you can find algae, insects, etc. floating on water. I myself, bent down multiple times to throw out the insects and algae, which were troubling my daughter.
