IdentityDr. Jahanvi Bansal has obtained her M.B.E degree from Punjab University, Chandigarh. She is University's 2nd rank holder. She has also pursued M.B.A (HR&OB) and M.Com from GJUS&T, Hisar. Being a multifaceted personality, she also has extensive experience in extra-curricular activities with 38 University level awards in her kitty. She was awarded “College Colour” as the Best Student of the Year in 2012. She has also won “Best Actress” award in Chandigarh Zone, 2011.
Dr. Bansal has received her Ph.D. degree entitled “Role of HR Managers in Business Ethics: A Study of Indian Organizations” from GJUS&T, Hisar, May 2018. She has seven years of experience in research and academics and one year of industry experience. She is UGC NET+JRF qualified in Management and UGC NET in commerce. She has published several research papers in international refereed journals and conferences. She has also contributed her articles on social issues in leadings newspapers and news websites such as Homepages, merinews, etc. She was awarded ‘Emerald Literati Award- Highly Commendable Paper in the 2020’ for her research publication. In her previous employment, she has significantly contributed to several administrative roles besides teaching including Student Activities and Leadership, Electronic Resource Planning, Induction, Project CINTANA, Infrastructure, and Canteen sub-committees, to name a few.
