I have been teaching since I was in Class 11 — and teaching has always been something that came naturally to me.
In 2014, I founded and ran ACE Classes, a coaching institute in Lucknow, for four successful years. The institute earned excellent reviews from students and parents, and the institute’s presence and 5-star reviews can still be found on Google today.
I later took a break from teaching to pursue a career in government service. I prepared for competitive examinations for a year and went on to clear 19 competitive examinations and secure 6 government jobs. I eventually served for nearly 6 years in the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India.

I have recently resigned from my Central Government job to pursue my entrepreneurial journey — and, most importantly, to return to what I believe I do best: teaching and helping students learn.

What makes me different?

I understand students, not just subjects.

Over the years, I have developed the ability to understand a student’s state of mind — whether they are struggling with a concept, lacking confidence, feeling overwhelmed, or simply finding the subject boring.

My teaching approach is to make learning simple, engaging and genuinely enjoyable, so that students don’t feel forced to study. My aim is to make them curious enough that they want to learn.

I particularly focus on:

* Understanding the student’s mindset and identifying the actual reason behind their difficulties.
* Making difficult concepts simple, even for students who consider themselves weak in a subject.
* Building strong conceptual understanding instead of encouraging rote learning.
* Making classes interactive and enjoyable, so learning doesn’t feel like a burden.
* Helping students deal with academic and exam-related challenges with a practical approach.
* Using my own experience of preparing for and clearing numerous competitive examinations to help students understand exams, preparation strategies and career choices.
* Helping students and parents make more informed decisions about subjects, streams and future career paths.

My Philosophy

Every student can learn.

The difference is often not the student’s ability — it is whether someone has explained the concept in a way that makes sense to that particular student.

That is what I try to do.
