Is it necessary to have a Mac to build an app with Swift? If not, what are some alternatives?

Its not. Try by installing virtual machine and then install ios but this will degrade system performance.

Is iOS app development easy if you know Android app development?

Both the app developments are based on 2 seperate language so its not good to compare. Still in my opinion I would say ios because it has better code clarity, app are more robust and IDE is easy to use. What is the fees structure of IOS training and what is the time duration?

I charge 500 INR/hour for iOS training. All classes will be given through video call and in case you are local in Gurgaon then I may ask you to travel in person and then take few classes.
