IdentityI am I am Aparna Sharma. I did Bachelor in technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. I want to join your organization because I have to face some problems in my life like I studied but only to pass the exams. I could not connect education to life. I realized but that was very late. After that I want to do that children would not have to face the problems in the future which I faced. You are providing space to me so I can help the children and they could learn better. Nowadays it is very important that children could able to think critically, self awareness, take a decision etc. I am interested to work with you because I want to develop the lesson plans, curricular material, etc so children can understand the concept easily and they could connect education to real life.
I can work with two subjects Mathematics and Hindi. I can make the lesson plan, develop the activities and materials to teach the concept. I read about the curriculum and pedagogy in mathematics and I have one year of experience in teaching Hindi to primary grade children so it will be helpful. It is very necessary and I can say child’s needs are like self reliance, socio emotional learning, freedom, hands on experience etc. These we should provide to children through the education so they could become a good human being.
I have experince in STEM education education also.
