I began my career in education, spending over a decade managing academic functions, which laid a strong foundation for my transition into the corporate world. At Genpact and EXL, I led L&D initiatives—designing AML training programs on topics like layering, DeFi fraud, and mixing, upskilling over 1,500 professionals and improving alert closure efficiency by 40%.

Earlier, at HSBC, I worked in fraud detection, handling card fraud, synthetic IDs, and coaching teams to reduce false positives significantly.

I hold a PGDM in HR, B.Ed, and B.Com, along with certifications like Train the Trainer, AML/KYC Compliance Expert, and Cybersecurity GRC.
