Anju S. - Running my own academy for the last 20 years with expertise in pencil shading, calligraphy, and handwriting.

I am a dedicated and experienced teacher with 20 years of teaching experience. I teach students from Classes I to V across all subjects, with a special focus on Hindi. Along with academic subjects, I also specialise in Art and Craft, where I encourage children to explore their creativity and develop their artistic abilities. I enjoy working with young learners and helping them build a strong academic foundation while making their learning experience enjoyable, engaging, and meaningful.

I have completed my Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and Master of Arts (M.A.). I have also completed a Diploma in Commercial Art, which has helped me develop my artistic knowledge, creative skills, and understanding of different art techniques. My educational background, combined with two decades of teaching experience, has equipped me to guide students in both academics and creative subjects. I believe that education should support a child's overall development by nurturing both academic understanding and creative expression.

Over the years, I have gained extensive experience teaching young children with different learning abilities and requirements. I focus on explaining academic concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand manner, particularly for primary school students. In Hindi, I help students improve their reading, writing, vocabulary, grammar, and language comprehension. While teaching other subjects, I focus on strengthening their fundamentals, encouraging curiosity, and helping them become more confident in their studies.

Apart from academic teaching, I have been working as an Art and Craft teacher for the past 20 years. I teach painting, sketching, and drawing using different mediums and techniques. My classes encourage students to experiment with colours, explore different artistic styles, and express their imagination through creative work. I provide practical demonstrations and step-by-step guidance to help students understand various techniques and gradually improve their artistic skills. I believe that art plays an important role in developing creativity, patience, observation, and self-expression.

My teaching methodology is based on structured lesson planning, interactive sessions, and individual attention. I understand that every child has a different learning pace, so I adapt my teaching methods according to their abilities and requirements. I strive to create a friendly and supportive online learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, practising new skills, and expressing themselves creatively. My goal is to help every student improve academically, develop a genuine interest in learning, and discover their creative potential through patient guidance, encouragement, and consistent practice.
