I’m an NIS Certified Swim Coach with the Sports Authority of India and a Coach, with over 20 years of experience in swimming and endurance sports.
Over the years, I’ve competed as an athlete as well earning a South Zone Bronze Medal, finishing on the podium at the Aqua Devils River Cross twice, and achieving two podium finishes in 10K runs. These experiences continue to shape the way I coach today.
For the past three years, I’ve been organising Eastern Trail Runs in Vijayawada and Guntur, including events like the Muddy Run, Kondaveedu Trail Run, and Happy Forest Run. Creating these events has allowed me to give back to the sport and build a strong, connected endurance community.
At present, I’m conducting online strength training classes for women, helping them become stronger, more confident, and resilient through safe and structured training. At TriMetrix, I believe in a balanced approach combining discipline, technique, and overall fitness to develop strong athletes not just in sport, but in everyday life.
