I share real-world use cases, development practices, troubleshooting techniques, and implementation strategies that help learners understand how ServiceNow is used in professional environments. I have also participated in ServiceNow hackathons and challenges, including the ServiceNow HackNow India competition in collaboration with Deloitte and the Build with Creator Studio Challenge. These experiences allow me to provide practical insights into application development, workflow automation, and platform innovation. My goal as a trainer is to make ServiceNow easy to understand, engaging, and career-focused while helping learners build the skills required for certifications, projects, and industry roles.
